WILW: Flowers.

A lot of the houses in our town are vacant due to foreclosure but their gardens are still blooming, especially the roses. Apparently roses grow really well here as pretty much every yard is full of them. My mom sent us a package that contained a lot of bulbs and I can't wait to plant them. I love flowers, by love I mean that they make my heart happy. Jake always raids the empty yards and brings me home beautiful flowers for my kitchen. I've been loving the beauty I've seen on pinterest lately so I thought I'd share it with you today.

I wish we lived in a world where flowers bloomed over and over again and never died so we could twirl in them all of the time and enjoy their beauty year round. Also, I wish I had a field of wildflowers near my house.

    Ah, I totally agree, especially roses. I LOVE roses. I wanted to plant some pretties this year, but my father-in-law has a hard time with roses so we weren't able to, which is perfectly understandable. But we did plant sunflowers!!! :D

    Flowers are wonderful. I love it when my kids hand me a bunch of wildflowers... Even if half of them are weeds.

    I love having fresh flowers in the house! Instant beauty. And I always look forward to the wildflowers blooming all over Texas every Spring!

    I love the pic with the flowers wrapped in brown paper. I don't know why, but flowers wrapped like that make me sooo happy.
