I love to make things. Sitting down and coming up with ideas for something and completing it so it looks just exactly how you wanted it to is such a wonderful feeling. I've always been crafty since I was a kid. I'd make salamanders out of beads and string, finger crocheted chains, and hemp necklaces. I wasn't afraid to be myself and wear the weird Salvation Army finds that I was so proud to have thrifted. I'm still that way. Thrifting and crafting are two of my very favorite pastimes.
