... and I'm determined to use it at least one time before I have to pack it back in a box for our move. I'm thinking cookies maybe, since we didn't make any this year for Christmas but cake is good too. Ahh, can't decide. Any suggestions?

oh how beautiful! hmm i just saw on etsy red velvet cookies! that sounds amazing! i am a big fan of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, those are my favorite! when you make something you better post so i can drool over it and wish i could share in your baking glory!

Do you have a dough hook? It is SO nice to let it kneed bread dough for you so you're not tempted to "add just a little more flour" to make it easier to work. But the cookies...you can't go wrong with those :)
