We don't really have anything planned. I told Jake that all I want is some chocolate cake and flowers. I usually don't go too crazy for my birthday since I prefer to celebrate half birthdays instead. Half birthdays happen 6 months after your birthday (I bet you figured that one out yourself). Jake doesn't even really have to get me flowers though because we have a giant lilac bush in front of our house and I cut some down to put in my kitchen the other day. Jake found a random tulip growing in our yard and cut that for me too since tulips are my favorite. The lilacs smell so nice. I love my little pitcher vase that I got at Ross for $3 a long time ago. It's held a lot of flowers for me and I don't think I could love a basic clear vase as much as my little pitcher.
