My Goals for 2011, or soon after.

I have a habit of writing down goals and to do lists in notebooks to help sort out and remember what it is I wanted to do but then I never look at them again. So I'm going to write my goals down right here, where they're easy for me to find again.

  • Learn to use a sewing machine.
  • Use new found sewing machine skills to learn to quilt.
  • Move to Oregon or Idaho or somewhere that isn't Utah.
  • Learn to cook a variety of things well.
  • Learn embroidery.
  • Raise chickens.
  • Plant tulips.
  • Start an herb garden. Including the cat nip herb.
  • Reopen my etsy shop.
  • Read more.

I know there are other things I'm forgetting right now. The beauty is that I can come back and add them later.

    I made the best quilt ever in home ec class one year. I think it's called a ragtime quilt. It was a lot of fun to make and looked pretty awesome when it was done. I'm excited to go home at the end of February and start up my sewing machine, again! I miss it!
