While you're in Ashland at the Shakespeare Festival you should probably hit up Agave for the best chips and guacamole ever! I used to work at a hotel right next to Agave and I would get the chips and guac and green chile & cheese tamale for lunch almost every single day and it never failed to be amazingly delicious. You really could take a vacation to Ashland just to eat, there are so many great restaurants. Just watch out for the city tax on prepared food.
